Each pair is made after your order is placed, helping us minimize excess inventory and overproduction.
Production typically takes 1–14 business days. Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–5 weeks depending on your location. During peak seasons, holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances, production and shipping times may take longer than estimated.
Packaging Information
Your boots are carefully packed in a dedicated shoe box to help protect them during transportation.
Please note that the shoe box may arrive with dents, creases, tears, scratches, or other cosmetic damage caused during shipping and carrier handling. The shoe box is provided primarily to protect the boots during transit and is not considered part of the product itself. Minor damage to the packaging alone is therefore not considered a product defect and does not qualify for replacement or refund.
Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, ordering mistakes, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives with a printing defect, sewing defect, or manufacturing defect, please contact us through our inquiry form and we will be happy to assist you.
