Packaging Information

Your boots are carefully packed in a dedicated shoe box to help protect them during transportation.

Please note that the shoe box may arrive with dents, creases, tears, scratches, or other cosmetic damage caused during shipping and carrier handling. The shoe box is provided primarily to protect the boots during transit and is not considered part of the product itself. Minor damage to the packaging alone is therefore not considered a product defect and does not qualify for replacement or refund.
