Estimated Delivery Time:
We will ship your order within 3 to 14 business days from the date of order placement. The usual shipping time is approximately 4 days to 6 weeks.

Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of our made-to-order system, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product. As each order is individually produced after receiving the order, we cannot accommodate cancellations or size changes once production has started.

In the event of damage or if the product has a defect such as a size discrepancy from the specifications, we will provide an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide images of the damaged areas or discrepancies via the contact form.

We are unable to accept requests for exchanges or returns after 7 days from the product's arrival. Please note that we cannot accept the return of products without prior contact.

If the package is returned to us due to customer absence or refusal to accept the package, and the storage period exceeds the time limit, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees. Please be aware that in the case of returning packages to overseas factories, there is a risk of loss during transit. We cannot provide re-delivery or refunds in such cases.
